Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness

2222 La Verne Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90041 The Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness (GLAD)building was completed in March 1988. The mixed-use building houses 14 senior units on top of approximately 44,000 square feet of space used by GLAD as its headquarters. The project was made possible, in part, by a grant from the S. Mark Taper Foundation.

Heart of Los Angeles Youth Center

2701 Wilshire Boulevard, Ground Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90057 In connection with the rehabilitation of the Bryson Apartment building, Los Angeles Housing Partnership developed the first floor as the Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) Youth Center. Heart of Los Angeles empowers and enriches the lives of youth between the ages of 6 – 19 by providing academic, arts and athletics programs.
