Simone Hotel was developed by San Julian Partners (Los Angeles Housing Partnership’s previous iteration) in conjunction with the Skid Row Housing Trust in 1992. The Simone Hotel included the acquisition and rehabilitation of a five-story building into 122 supportive housing SRO units. Of the total, 82 units are subsidized under the federal Shelter Plus Care Program. The remaining 40 units serve individuals earning 50% of area median income or below.
