The Casa Rampart projects included the acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of two apartment buildings located on Rampart Boulevard in the Westlake/MacArthur Park community of Los Angeles.
The project entailed of the rehabilitation of 69 large efficiency and one-bedroom units along with common spaces designed to accommodate resident activities as well as meetings with outside services providers.
