The Los Angeles Housing Partnership, Inc. (LAHP) is a nonprofit corporation, which was established in 1989 to produce and preserve affordable housing for low-income individuals and families in Los Angeles County.

Experience

LAHP has an extensive real estate development track record that includes new construction of rental housing, substantial rehabilitation, historic preservation, mixed-use development, community facilities development, commercial/retail development and single-family residences for sale to first time homebuyers. LAHP has leveraged over $40 million of public financing, $25 million of conventional permanent debt and over $42 million of investor equity and other financing for the acquisition and development of approximately 1,113 units of affordable rental housing, 50,000 square feet of retail/office/community space and 8 units of for sale housing.
